1940's Rayon Novelty Print Dress

No labels. Dark terra cotta brown color rayon with the cutest novelty print of hats, bracelets, accessories in pretty colors. This is a shirtwaist style dress with self covered buttons with yellow piping. Sleeves are cuffed and also have yellow piping and matching button each sleeve.  Piping on shoulders, and shirring at shoulder seams. Fitted waist,  skirt with slit pockets outlined in piping. Rayon covered small shoulder pads, side metal zipper with matching fabric. Very good-xcellent condition, needs pressing. Size medium. 1930's Cotton Deco Print House Dress

Label is no longer legible. Cute house dress with metal zipper front, and small breast pocket. Has pleating on top of  sleeve, and is slightly fitted at waist. Floral over geometric print, in lavender, green, cream and orange. Excellent condition, but has been in storage and will need cleaning. Original belt missing, I have included a ribbon belt. 1950's Beaded Chiffon and Silk Taffeta Illusion Cocktail Dress

No labels, professionally made. Pale ice blue silk taffeta strapless fitted dress with front peplum. Wide inset taffeta waist band, with matching ice blue silk chiffon over bodice. There is a beading and sequin design on front and back of chiffon, pearly white in color. The dress is lined in white netted fabric and fastens with back metal zipper. The back bodice has a slit opening in the chiffon, and the chiffon fastens with a hook and eye at the top. In very good, two  spots on the skirt and two penny size water marks-has been dry cleaned. 1960's Embroidered Wool Sheath Dress

"Parade New York" label. Cream wool fitted sheath with silver foil embroidered swirlys and leaves, and baby blue wool yarn embroidered leaves. Skirt has back kick pleat. Fully lined in cream faille. Back metal zipper. Original belt missing, I have added a matching grosgrain ribbon. Very good condition, looks unworn but has 3 small moth holes on front skirt, midway down from waist. Dress is lined in matching fabric, so holes are not "obvious". Size small. Measures 15" shoulder to shoulder edge, 35" bust, 26" waist, 35" hips, 15 1/2" shoulder to waist, 24 1/2" waist to hem. 1970's Oscar de La Renta Brocade Lame' Dress

"Oscar de la Renta" label. Floral brocade with lame' floral design on black background in turquoise, silver, copper, lavender and black. The brocade fabric is actually lightweight for a brocade, and the dress is fully lined in black silk. Styled as a shirtwaist, with faceted clear buttons from just below waist to collar-less neck. There are 4 matching buttons on each sleeve. The waist is slightly fitted. A great holiday dress. In good wearable clean condition, as happens with lame' the threads get pulled from wear, and there are several loose/pulled lame' threads mostly around button holes and shoulders. Size large.
