	1950's Silk Taffeta Dinner Dress with Tucked and Pleated Bodice "Gillespie, Toledo" label. A departure from the usual black! A gorgeous shade of ice gray-blue in silk taffeta. The bodice is seamed with princess seams and darting to give it a very curvy, form-fitting shape. Styled with a bateau neckline and bracelet length sleeves. The bust has decorative pin-tucked pleats that create a "shelf" bust. The neckline is finished with an off-center self bow. The skirt is very full and box-pleated. The bodice has self fabric facing around the neckline, and is lined in perfectly matching netted fabric. There is a bit of lining around the waist-to-hip section, the rest of the skirt is not lined (shown with a crinoline slip). The dress fastens with a back metal zipper, with a hook and eye at waist to fasten over the zipper placket. Freshly cleaned, in very good condition. Has moderate wear. The back of one sleeve has a large water mark, the lower side skirt has three small pea sized light brown circular spots, and the netted lining to the bodice also has some light brown faint spots, does not show through. Size small. Measures 16 1/2" shoulder to shoulder edge, up to 37" bust, 27" waist, free hips, 16" shoulder to natural (smallest part of) waist, 19" shoulder to low waist seam, 29" waist seam to hem. 	1950's Samuel Winston Graphic Print Silk Crepe Dress "Samuel Winston by Roxanne" label. Never had a bad Sam Winston dress, always classic and top notch quality. This black silk crepe dress has a unique stylized saucer (moons?) print in striking white on black, which I love. The dress is styled with a fitted waist with shirring all around, the bodice fits loosely like a blouse, skirt is semi-full and finished with a slightly ruffled self trim around hem. Below the ruffle trim hem on the skirt is another slightly more narrow band of self fabric, making this more of a "hobble" skirt style dress. Dress is fully lined in black silk and fastens with back metal zipper. The dress looks like new, like it was never worn, but does have some small light brown stains on two of the saucers at back bottom of skirt. Size small. 	1950's I Magnin & Co Tailored Silk Brocade Dress "I Magnin & Co" label. Silk brocade in black, with an emerald green floral design. Dress is styled with a V neckline, fitted waist, and semi-full skirt with pleating at sides. The neckline is decorated with a band of self fabric with a dangle at the center. The matching belt has same detail. The dress is l lined in black silk organza, and fastens with back metal zipper. In excellent condition. Size large. 	1960's Abe Schrader Crepe Sheath Dress with Multi-Panel Skirt "Abe Schrader" label. A dark chestnut brown fluid fabric that feels like a rayon and silk blend. The fabric is similar to a gabardine, has a nice weight to it. The dress is styled as a fitted sheath, with shirring around the waist, front and back. The shoulders have decorative pin-tucked pleating. The skirt has front and back side slits (front of skirt slit is on the left, back of skirt slit is on the right), and is layered by use of multi-panels of fabric. The dress is fully lined in matching silk crepe de Chine. Dress fastens with back nylon zipper. The zipper is a replacement, but other than that the dress is in very good to excellent condition, when the light hits fabric on skirt, it takes on a slight reddish hue, might be a bit faded, but looks same color as rest of dress.
