1940's Embroidered Cotton Pajamas

No labels. Made of a pinkish peach cotton with bright blue floral embroidery and appliques on bodice and pant legs. Top has slightly fitted empire waist with pintucking, collar and sleeves are scalloped and  finished with matching blue piping. Excellent condition. Size medium-large. 1940's Silk and Lace Slip

"Guaranteed Latin Paree, 100% Silk" label. Beautiful peach colored silk satin with ecru lace trim on bodice and hem. Adjustable straps. Looks like new, like it was worn once. In excellent to Mint condition, it does have two speck spots on the lower skirt, one front one back. Not noticeable. Size small. 1930's New/Old Silk Charmeuse and Lace Night Gown

"Myer Siegel and Co." label and also original hang tag with same company name, and price tag. A gorgeous bias cut full length night gown of beige silk charmeuse. The double straps are  trimmed in pink lace, the bodice and hem are also trimmed in pink lace. There is light shirring above the empire waist seam for fullness to the bust. There are belt loops but no belt. This gown looks to be unworn, and in excellent condition with tags, does have 3 speck spots on skirt, faint dirt marks at hem and a pin head size hole under waist.  Might come out with hand washing. 1960's Deadstock I Magnin Full Slip

"I Magnin & Co" and "Saab Lingerie" labels. This slip is made of polyester crepe and is new/old with tag. It is off white with light yellow lace trim, satin floral appliques with embroidery across bodice, and lace trim hem. The straps are adjustable and the slip is in excellent condition. 1930's Cotton Flannel Pajamas

No labels. Very nicely made and in superb condition. Mint green and cream stripes, the green stripes have turqoise borders. The top is adorable! Styled with an empire waist seam, fitted at waist with self tie belt attached at sides, to tie in back. Top has two cute patch pockets above hem. Pants are classic 30's style, very high waist with V panel in front and elasticized back. Flared cropped pant leg. Set is unlined and in excellent condition. Very Carole Lombard! Although she would have worn satin... Size small-medium. Top measures 14 1/2" shoulder to shoulder edge, 38" bust, 32" waist, 12 1/2" shoulder to empire waist, 15" to natural waist. 1950's Gracette Half/Crinoline Slip

Label states "Gracette, Reg US Patent Off" and "100% Nylon". cream half slip with decorative pin-tucked pleats and tiers of cream lace. Fastens at side with two buttons. Very good condition, clean and ready to wear but does have one tiny hole near side seam and the the waist is stretched and worn. Measures 28" waist and free hips. For a larger view click here.

1930's Pure Silk Satin Dressing Gown with Silk Lace Trims

"Pure Silk , Pure Silk Satin, non-loaded size 36" label. Absolutely gorgeous! Peach satin with ecru silk lace trim around arm openings and V of bodice. The sleeves are "balloon" style, they are wide, gathered up and pleated and folded under, and seamlessly lined in matching peach silk chiffon. The rest of the gown is not lined. The gown is fitted at the waist, and has an outside snap. The original belt is gone. A matching peice of peach or ecru ribbon would worn nicely. Other than the belt, it is in very good to excellent condition and wearable. Size small-medium. Measues 15 1/2" shoulder to shoulder  edge, 37" bust, 27" waist, up to 37" hips, 16" shoulder to waist.
