1960's Silk Crepe Roses Print Dinner Dress with Back Detail

"Beatrice Lebow New York" label. An absolutely gorgeous dress with the most beautiful fabric in silk crepe de Chine with an even more beautiful long stemmed roses print in black background with rose pink, fuchsia, maroon, olive and grass green colors. The dress is styled with scoop neckline and bracelet length sleeves, dolman style with gussets at underarms. Fitted waist with inset slightly gathered waist band with sewn-on front silk rose flower, and waist treatment ties in the back and has fringed edges. Skirt has wide pleating and is full. The constructions is just beautiful and the dress is in excellent super clean condition - silk rose is out of shape though. Size small/petite. 1970's Hand Made Lace with Lame' Cocktail/Party Dress

No labels, beautifully made. A dark  cornflower blue hand-made lace of a cotton blend fabric, the fabric has darker blue metallic lame' threads woven in, for sparkle. The dress is styled with a high neckline and long flared sleeves with scalloped hem. The dress is fitted and flares at hem. Lined in matching blue silk, fastens with back metal zipper. In perfect, clean condition except the hem has been let out. This would be a perfect mini dress! Size medium. 1950's Luis Estevez Brocade Fit-and-Flare Dress

"Estevez for Grenelle" label. The Cuban born Coty award winner started designing for this label in 1955 and was hugely successful. His vivacious wife inspired his feminine designs. This brocade - tapestry dress has an embroidered look, and is done in burnished copper with black daisies. The dress is fitted through the bodice with a wasp waist, and a very full pleated skirt. The dress has a hidden front zipper placket, and black velvet trim on the collar. The sleeves are full length and taper down to narrow wrists which fasten with hidden snaps. The skirt is lined in a stiff fabric facing,  and has it's original hem and his un-altered. In excellent clean condition, I would even say it is mint - the only sign of wear are along the front bodice darts if you look closely you will see a little bit of seam stress. Size medium. Measures 15 1/2" shoulder to shoulder edge, 38" bust, 28" waist, free hips, 15 1/2" shoulder to waist, and 27" waist to hem, 18 1/2" sleeves measuring under side of sleeve. 1950's Anne Fogarty Margot Inc Cotton Dress - Oceanic Colors - Fun Print

Anne Fogarty Margot Inc label, this is the most sought-after Fogarty label.
Pretty! I think this print is called Calico. The dress has some intricate details that make is special: the fabric is a bit heavier than the usual run-of-the-mill cotton. It is sturdy, like denim - although not that heavy. The print is stripes and flowers and gold metalic splatters, and as you can see, the stripes are done to elongate and slim the figure, but also somehow it gives a curvy appearance, too. The bodice is lined in matching turquoise cotton and has some inverted pleating and seaming across the bust, so it molds to the bust and looks nice, too. The skirt is shirred around the waist and really big and full! The shirring is done so that it lays flat at the waist, which is nice - yo dont' want a big poof at the tummy! There is an inner waist cincher belt, too. Dress is in excellent hardly worn condition. Has two smaller than a dime, but bigger than a pea sized rust spots on lower front skirt. did't find any other flaws. Size medium.
