1960's Velvet Flocked Satin Handbag

No maker's marks or labels found. Super pretty handbag of black satin with gorgeous flocked velvet flowers in two shades of gold, on stems with leaves in shades of green with a little white and brown detail. The bag has a black patent leather handle, patent trimmed frame top and sides of bag are also patent leather. Lined in black vinyl. Gold tone clasp. Very good condition, only problem I found is an X shaped indentation in the satin on the front of the bag, not noticeable. Measures 10" across, 7 1/2" tall not including handle, and 5" deep. 1950's Needlepoint with Petite Point Handbag

No labels, but professionally made. Looks just like a Christine or Maude custom bag. Beautiful stitch work! Deep aqua blue, almost sea foam blue with floral needlepoint and petit point design. Lots of pretty colors, matching design front and back. Entirely hand made! Bag has whimsical clear Lucite frame, chain handle, and large chunky latch. Beautifully lined in rose faille with bag for your pocket mirror. Excellent condition. Squeeky clean, no moth bites or nibbles. Hinges work great, lining pristine. It's a miracle! 1950's M&M Chic Little Black Handbag

Marked "M&M". Matte black nubby fabric (similar to burlap) handbag with patent leather trim, all black with gold tone latch and handle rings. Lined in black rayon. Handles are double patent leather with patent leather holder at center. Handbag has 4 gold tone "feet" on bottom. In excellent condition. 1960's Enid Collins "Jewel Bokay" Handbag

Large embellished handbag with leather trim. This is an exceptionally nice design in exceptionally nice condition. Front of bag embellished with plastic beads, gold cord and beads, and hand drawn stems . It is a large boxy style with black leather trim front and back, and black leather handle and base trim. At the base and back of the bag the leather is affixed with gold tone studs or rivets which add to the esthetic of the bag. The body of the bag is a wheat colored burlap with stiff backing to hold it's shape. The bottom of the bag is made of finished wood. Gold tone latch and handle findings. Bag is lined in leather. In excellent condition with the exception of scratches to bottom wood base, a few very light nicks to the leather around bottom edge. Measures 11 1/2" across and 11" tall not including the handle.
