1940's Metal Mesh and Rhinestone Evening Bag

This is the prettiest little 40's evening bag I have ever seen, and it is pristine! Body of handbag is metal mesh covered in clear rhinestones. The bag is pouch style, with a solid half moon shaped top. It is hard to describe the design of the metal top, but it is a contrasting design to the body of the bag, with tiny little flowers with tiny rhinestones. The top is about 1" thick and 7" long. The filigree latch is also metal in an esthetically pleasing shape and a marcasite design with rhinestones. Delicate silver tone handle, gate latch. Lined in cream faille. No labels or markings. 1960's Cara mod patent leather handbag.

 "Cara California". Done in dark violet blue with matching faille lining. This is a very sturdy little bag, nicely made and pretty color! Has an envelope flap opening that fastens with a gold tone gate clasp, double handles are held by gold tone rings on front, reach around to bottom of bag. Bag has four gold toned feet. 1970's Susan Gail Suede and Leather Shoulder Bag.

Marked "Susan Gail Original".  A nice quality handbag in gray suede with leather trim and handle. It is lined in leather which is a mark of a nice quality handbag. Bag fastens on inside top with large snap. Gold tone hardware for handle, flap and bag decoration. The design on the leather flap is held in place by 3 large grommets. The handle unfastens with the swivel-based metal hooks that hold them in place. The handbag is in very good condition, has a moderate amount of wear with no damage except the gold tone hardware is all a bit tarnished.
